Solution

Dynamic weighing system is usually deployed under the road surface on a highway to detect overloaded vehicles instantly. ORing's IES-150B switches have been installed to connect PCs, cameras, and recording hardware while the rail machines, vehicle detectors, and displays are connected via existing I/O systems.

When a vehicle drives through, the camera captures the image of its license plate and sends the data to the recorder via the IES-150B. The data is compared to the data of overloaded vehicles in the recorder. If matched data is found in the database, the IES-150B will send the data to the PC immediately, which will trigger the alarm system, asking the driver to pull over for inspection.

Vehicles that are not overloaded will be able to drive away without any interruption.
