Project Requirement

Solution

Each carriage of the train is installed with an ORing TES-3080-M12 Ethernet switch which is connected to a TAP-620-M12 IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless access point. On-board system data is transmitted through the TES-3080-M12 Ethernet switches and stored in the on-board computer.

The TAP-620-M12 wireless AP enables management staff to access the data via wireless connections wherever they are. With EN50155 compliance and M12 connectors, TES-3080-M12 and TAP-620-M12 are able to ensure reliable connections in harsh environments with severe vibration.
