Description

IGMG-P83244GC+-D4G is a IoT M2M industrial-grade gateways with powerful hardware and advanced software capabilities. Featuring a dual-core ARMv7 Cortex-A9 CPU running at up to 1.3 GHz, it supports multiple I/O including an integrated 8-port Gigabit Ethernet switch (4 copper and 4 combo copper/fiber ports), with 6 LAN and 2 WAN ports. Additionally, it includes two serial ports supporting RS-232/422/485 and RS-422/485 communication standards. All ports support Modbus TCP and RTU protocols, enabling seamless connectivity with Ethernet and serial end-devices like PLCs and sensors on the factory floor for monitoring and control.

IGMG-P83244GC+-D4G is certified for 4G LTE connectivity with AT&T® and offers telecom certification with dual SIM card support for redundancy or load balancing, ensuring high reliability in cellular connectivity. It boasts built-in mSATA SSD storage with a base capacity of 64GB (expandable up to 256GB), ideal for extensive IoT data logging. Its rugged, fanless design operates flawlessly in temperatures ranging from -40 to +75°C, making it perfect for industrial applications.

IGMG-P83244GC+-D4G introduces cutting-edge features that redefine IoT gateway standards. Its ORing branded Open Gateway software simplifies IoT solution deployment by facilitating connectivity between a variety of end-devices with different communication interfaces and various cloud platforms. The Open Gateway protocol converter, accessible via a user-friendly web-based interface, acts as a transparent intermediary between Modbus field devices and MQTT/CoAP/LWM2M servers.

The gateway includes built-in Node-RED, a free open-source programming tool activated via the web interface with a single click. Node-RED offers powerful flow-based development features with a browser-based editor for easy data flow integration and rapid dashboard prototyping. A standout feature of IGMG-P83244GC+-D4G is the on-board Ignition SCADA software by Inductive Automation, a web-deployed platform for HMI/SCADA/IIoT applications used globally. With unlimited licensing and open-standards connectivity, Ignition offers a user-friendly dashboard designer with extensive standard and customized components for powerful visualization, control, alarming, historian, and reporting functionalities. The gateway supports both Ignition and Ignition Edge, selectable and activated through the web interface based on application needs. Additionally, IGMG-P83244GC+-D4G includes integrated PostgreSQL Database, pre-connected for seamless integration with Ignition software out of the box. Both Ignition versions initially run in trial mode, allowing new users to familiarize themselves and test the software before full deployment.
