Project Requirement

Solution
The DI/DO devices of the lighting and ventilation systems are connected to the PLC for centralized control. The traffic information display is integrated through the ORing device server IDS-312L, enabling seamless data conversion and Ethernet-based remote management.
The PLC is connected to the industrial Ethernet switch IES-3062FX, which features 6 Fast Ethernet ports and 2 fiber uplink ports, ensuring reliable data transmission from field devices to the control center over a fiber backbone.
IP cameras installed inside the tunnel are connected to the IES-3162GC switches, which aggregate and transmit high-bandwidth video streams through fiber links.
All operational data and video streams are then transmitted to the monitoring center via the core switch RGS-9168GCP, providing centralized monitoring, real-time traffic management, and enhanced tunnel safety.
