ORing Industrial Networking has announced the new IES/IGS-C1000-L Series industrial Ethernet switches, designed for industrial automation, smart manufacturing, intelligent transportation systems, energy and utilities, and other demanding industrial environments. The series features EtherNet/IP QoS, RCFFF (Reserved Control Frame Filtering), a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 75°C, and multiple port configurations, helping enterprises build stable and reliable industrial networks.

The IES/IGS-C1000-L Series uses push-in terminal blocks for power wiring, enabling faster connections while reducing installation time and maintenance effort. The front-accessible terminal block design simplifies wiring, even in space-constrained control cabinets, improving installation efficiency and making subsequent maintenance easier.
EtherNet/IP QoS Optimizes Industrial Control Communications
The IES/IGS-C1000-L Series supports Quality of Service (QoS) for EtherNet/IP, enabling traffic prioritization based on CIP (Common Industrial Protocol) traffic. This gives critical control packets priority over other traffic, improving real-time communication performance in industrial control systems.
The series also supports RCFFF, which filters specific Layer 2 reserved multicast control frames and prevents unnecessary control traffic from being transmitted across the network, improving overall traffic-management efficiency.
Multiple Port Configurations for Diverse Industrial Network Needs
The IES/IGS-C1000-L Series is available in 5-port, 8-port, and 16-port models, as well as models equipped with two SFP ports, allowing users to select the most suitable option for their network architecture.
With a comprehensive product lineup, the series supports copper, fiber, and Gigabit Ethernet deployments, providing the flexibility needed to build industrial networks that deliver both performance and reliability.

The IES/IGS-C1000-L Series supports an operating temperature range of -40°C to 75°C, enabling stable operation in environments with significant temperature fluctuations or other harsh site conditions. The series supports DIN rail mounting, features an IP40-rated metal enclosure, and accepts 9.0-60 VDC and 18-30 VAC power inputs, providing flexible installation and power options. It is also certified to CE, FCC, and UL 61010 standards, delivering the safety and reliability required in industrial environments.
