Description

The TGPS-9084GT-M12X-BP2-WV is an IEC 62443-4-2 certified railway Ethernet switch featuring 8x 10/100/1000Base-T(X) P.S.E. ports and 4x 10/100/1000Base-T(X) ports. It is specifically designed for the toughest environments and is fully compliant with EN50155 requirements. The switch supports Ethernet redundancy protocols, which protect mission-critical applications from network interruptions or temporary malfunctions through its fast recovery technology.

The TGPS-9084GT-M12X-BP2-WV also supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), a system that transmits electrical power (up to 30 watts) along with data to remote devices over standard twisted-pair cables in an Ethernet network. Each TGPS-9084GT-M12X-BP2-WV switch includes 8x 10/100/1000Base-T(X) P.S.E. (Power Sourcing Equipment) ports. P.S.E. refers to devices, such as switches or hubs, that provide power in a PoE connection.

The switch features 2 sets of bypass ports, which ensure network integrity by protecting the network from failures and maintaining connectivity during power loss or maintenance. It also supports a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C. The TGPS-9084GT-M12X-BP2-WV can be centrally and conveniently managed using Open-Vision. In addition to its web-based interface, it supports Telnet and console (CLI) configuration options. These features make the switch one of the most reliable choices for EN50155-compliant, highly-managed Ethernet applications.
