Description

ORing TGXPS-1080-M12-MV is an unmanaged PoE Gigabit Ethernet switch from ORing's Transporter™ series, fully compliant with the EN50155 standard for railway and transportation applications including rolling stock and in-vehicle networks. It features eight 10/100/500/1000Base-T(X) IEEE 802.3af/at Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) ports with a total PoE power budget of 60W, M12 industrial-grade connectors to withstand vibration and shock in harsh environments, and an operating temperature range of −40°C to +75°C. In railway installations, it is primarily used for in-train monitoring and passenger entertainment, leveraging its high-speed Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and PoE capability to support IP cameras and CCTV systems for train surveillance. As an unmanaged switch, it performs Ethernet packet forwarding only and is not intended for any control-related applications.
