ORing RGS-P9000 is a modular managed industrial Ethernet switch designed for power utility, smart grid, and substation networks. Built for reliable communication in mission-critical power environments, the RGS-P9000 complies with TÜV IEC 61850-3, TÜV IEEE 1613/IEEE 1613.1, and IEC 62443-4-2 cybersecurity standards, providing secure and resilient network connectivity for modern power infrastructure.
With four modular slots, the RGS-P9000 enables flexible port configurations to meet different network requirements. It supports O-Ring Ethernet redundancy with recovery times under 30 ms for networks of up to 250 switches, as well as MSTP, RSTP, and STP, helping maintain network availability during link or device failures.
For network management, the RGS-P9000 supports ORing Open-Vision network management software, web-based management, Telnet, and CLI console configuration, giving operators flexible options for network monitoring and administration. Its rugged industrial design supports an operating temperature range of −40°C to +85°C, or −20°C to +60°C when using 10G SFP modules, making it suitable for demanding substation and power utility environments.
